Ok here's my pitch. You can develop sites quickly and have great design skills.
I have a few nice domains that are begging to be developed and a little time. The 2 listed above are the ones I think are the easiest to start off and start earning.
If you are interested in helping me develop these sites and generate income for both of us then you would receive the lion's share of any income (because you would be doing the lion's share of the work.)
I'm told that there's money in books and have a lot of great ideas for that site but I only have so much time and I only know so much php!
If you want to find out more then PM me and let me know some of your other projects and thoughts on this.
SB already gets type ins and I'm sure with some content it can rank high.
% split could be from 50:50 to 80:20 (in your favour) depending on what you can bring and the term of the agreement.
