Nope, the seller is correct. Both misspellings are registered to the same person whereas the real domains are registered to people who aren't exactly known for selling...
remember, for a vast number of people , english spelling is difficult , so wrong spelling can pay, the ammount of immigrants in uk , hitting abby-aby-abbey, or whitch-wich-witch before domain name is proof.
not trying to be smart,just trying to put names in perspective , one of mine,not up for sale has brought in £20 - £40 pm over last 4 years , my top one £60 - £70 pm for 4 years [ not for sale ]
