AFAIK he's now in the USA, but I'm not 100% sure about that.

Chris Holland - Alive and kicking!

Thanks for all your thoughts! I'm alive and kicking, currently in the UK using up my annual 90 days before heading back to the US.

Never one to miss a marketing opportunity.... lots of great domains for sale at wholesale prices! Email me with your desired genres and I will be happy to compile targeted lists for you!

    Best wishes,

    Chris

Aha Chris, so you are still alive! What are you doing with yourself nowadays? Have you retired to the sunshine? Its a long time since we last spoke, those heady drop catching days when you could pick excellent domains with dropcatcher, and other greats, some of which made a small fortune!

    Ah those days.....

I remember sending Chris a cigar for his efforts.

Its a shame we have not heard from you in ages! Hope you'll pop back again!

    B

Wow, I'm surprised, all my dealings with him seemed all above board. Always appeared a fair guy. So I'm quite surprised that he was giving out loads of abuse. I could not understand it...but Chris did just disappear overnight. dnforum.co.uk closed for business and that was that!

Please don't judge Chris Like this. He's going through a 'transitional' period. IMHO.

Bit of a hardcore response to the complainants solicitors.

As far as i'm aware you can't transfer a domain name during a DRS investigation, not even to a third party with possible rights to that name and Nominet can reverse the transfer.

I see that it was awarded to the complainant anyway.

    Please don't pre-judge Chris.

Chris, a personal response maybe in order?

Chris is a top bloke. I have known Chris for a number of years, he and my father-in-law are buddies. Chris got me involved in the domain game and i will be eternally great full for that.

    "Domain Lord?"

I think I'd find it extremely difficult to take seriously any comments by someone who proclaims himself a "domain lord" lol. And of course his "lordship" is hardly a stranger to the DRS himself are you Paul?

I received dozens of emails about the Ahmed thing, every single one heartily endorsing my response to what was a pretty outrageous reverse domain name hijacking. The day that I meekly hand over valuable property to someone as ghastly as The Phony Pharaoh is the day that I find a new industry.

No, I'm not going to get into a slanging match with you, I've far more important things to do than to listen to your drivel. Have a nice life.

And for everyone else, thanks for all your kind messages, they're very much appreciated.

Domainlord is a name of a domain name exchange. It is not a personal name.
But you have no idea what's personal names are anyway, as you still think I'm Paul.

You are just a clown who's ought to mess anything. And who would endorse your "Ahmed thing" with "heartly" e-mails? Oh god.. you are a blatant and a shameless representation and accumulation of a worst of what domainers are.

Thanks for registering ostashko.co.uk back then, only confirmed to me what an idiot you are.

Please don't tell me you've believed in that Fayed lie.

And neither Nominet believed that. He has only confirmed to them what kind of lunatics (as many now call us) some of "well-known" and supposedly "respectful" domainers indeed are.

I think there has been sufficient name calling in this thread for me to close it.
