interesting sale of cleaningservices at £9100 on GD
Wow, that's a good sale.
Possibly stupid question, but what's GD?
This name sold on sedo in february for 3.5k according to AcornDomains, shows what end users will pay for quality generics.
I'm perplexed..... Why has this sale not caused more excitement ? This sale is to two word generics what mobile was to one worders. And of course the purchaser who appears to be an end user in the real world has obvious foresight.
I think if you compare with kitchenappliances for a similar price, then you could say that cleaningservices was perhaps sold on the cheap?
kitchenappliances is a large niche market, but a large electrical retailer is unlikely to rely solely on this product.
cleaningservices is a smaller market, but is likely to be the core service type of a cleaning company and therefore more important.
Not every business has corporate cleaners in, every house and a lot of businesses have a kitchen appliance or two. If the domain cleaning services is sold again, it will have to come with an area or reputation, if kitchenappliances is sold again, it could fetch £40k plus for domain alone with business operation on top to pay for. Of course the cleaning company could be nationwide... but still restricted by end user purchase, as you state, much more niche market. I think it's a nice price and the right value.
Search terms, 50k v 10k. kitchenappliances was sold cheap but a two day sale after catch.
