Can anyone recommend a good domain escrow service.
    (or is there only one?)

How straight forward/easy is the process?
    What are the fees involved?
Any tips with dealing with buyers via escrow?

    Any help appreciated
    Thanks
    Mike

I second this. I've done a few £X,XXX UK domain sales and used Transpact each time. Never had an issue.

    Thanks for the recommendation.

When setting up did you have to mention any specifics regarding the process of exchanging domains.
Or was this something they recognised?

Sorry if this sounds like a dumb question, but do Transpact hold the domain transfer request?
Obviously alot more straight forward when just exchanging general goods.

Just trying to get my head around how it works.

In my case, the fund get transfer to Transpact, I was given the go-ahead to transfer the domain name, and when the buyer is ok, the fund gets transfer to me.

Ecop have been good. Useful for £GBP transactions. escrow.com for USD transactions.

Is the flat fee of £2.99 per transaction correct? Seems very cheap for escrow.
