Anyone got any thoughts on the new DomainSponsor interface and recent changes following their acquisition by Rook Media ?

    So far my thoughts are

    i) I have now have an account with a picture of 'my account manager' who I am not sure is on the payroll, given the lack of response.
ii) The upgrade in Dec 2014, removed 60% of the functionality and left out some really basic things such as deleting a name from my account, or way to manage domains with a conflict with another user.
iii) All my historic stats are now in two different places - again annoying.

So gradually moving back to Namedrive / Sedo - really disappointing.

    Any other suggestions guys?

Hi John, I'm really sorry to hear things aren't going well for you now that I'm no longer working for DomainSponsor, unfortunately it's a story I'm hearing all too often :( I would heartily recommend ParkingCrew, that's where I park all my domains nowadays. Drop Axel an email and tell him I sent you. He's everything you could want in an account manager : honest, trust worthy, friendly , oh and he's also the managing director, that helps too!
