Thoughts please. I've just seen reported that FreeMusicDownload.com has sold for $45K.
"free music download" gets 200k worldwide searches apparently, "download free film" gets 2,900. And you're down to only 140 if you use UK stats, which you're probably going to have to since its a .uk domain.
The comparison is so far out its not even relevant... completely different product also. With music there are lots of independent bands etc where you can legally download the music for free. There is also the angle of some music you can play free in shops/workplaces etc without having to pay for a licence.
140 local searches on a search that probably has user intentions of stealing something, I guess you're not looking at much more than reg fee...
All fair comments ... looks like I might be getting a tad over excited again ... maybe there might be some future potential though if ad supported films become more prominent.
