    Dropcatcher caught a domain name for me (mobilemovies.co.uk) on 22/08/05 which i urgently want to get hosted but i dont get any response from them when i ask them to change the same servers.

    Even though i had my preffered nameservers listed they still registered it under there own nameservers.

    Ive emailed them through Info@detagged.co.uk and also tried support@uk3.com

    Any other email addresses i cant try?

    I've emailed UK3.com & changed the TAG so I could transfer domains to 123-reg which seems to work.. might be easier going direct to UK3 than wait for DC to sort things for you... don't expect too much in the way of email confirmation though... just keep your eye on the whois detail for your domain..

    Thanks for the replies lads :), ill email Chris directly then.

    Ive been keeping an eye on the whois but nothing has changed yet and its been over 2 weeks :-(
