_co_uk Established Sites Wanted – 25k budget

Hi All,

Looking for sites with the following. Can get into the specifics with anyone that has one, drop me a PM.

• Established site (1yr+)
• GOOD content (useful information, not just illegible waffle )
• GOOD links (not PBN, blog comments and all that rubbish) and reasonable authority
• Traffic 2,500+ uniques per month & growing via search
• Revenue not important, but needs to have an obvious commercial path
• Sports niche preferred, but would consider anything except for the usual (gambling etc)

I’m looking for sites with decent foundations in place that I can grow alongside my other sites. Please don’t PM if your site gets no search traffic, has no good links or content and isn’t 1yr+ old.

Will budget up to £25k ish for the right site.

not sure if your still looking but I have a little gold mine site I would sell , it’s cinemalistings.co.uk

usually around 10k traffic when cinemas are open but COVID !

take look on ahrefs / semrush and see the growth potential is simply Incredible with So many keywords ranking on page 234 which have very high volume and these pages currently have virtually no content so with some delicate SCO work some nice content these pages will be page one for sure take a look yourself if you know about Seo !

Hi, not sure if you are still looking, or if this is what you are looking for.
I have a commercial site, 3 years old, have not bothered with it for a while as I found the ease of Amazon FBA , which is doing pretty well and producing decent monthly profit , so all the products on the site are set at 0 quantity, the domain and website is the exact match , category defining domain in .com , I also own the .co.uk and .uk and have a TM on brand including the domain.
I would not sell the domain and site only as it forms an integral part of the whole business, so any sale would be for domains/website/TM and the business as a whole.
The website has a lot of potential and really could do a lot more if someone invests some time into it.
