Let me make clear from the start, these should be used for 3rd party link building, not for your own site.

We've been testing a system today that allows us to auto generate content from an original source article. Its looking like it might take one of our writers a few hours to create a 500 word input article to go in, then it will generate as many new versions of it as I want.

For putting on other peoples blogs, article directories and so on, they should be a good cheap way to get unique content. From todays tests they appear to be passing Copyscape okay.

If we offered this for $100 per set of 1000 articles (roughly 500 words), would you use it?

Here is a sample (very short one) http://www.healthadel.com/spin-test/

Forget what i just said. Just noticed you said not for your own site.

Just read some of the output from your system and very impressed.

I think any link builder would buy those for $100 all day long.

The only way it will be of use is if you are building 100's of links on the same topic though. Since it takes a few hours to create the input article, if only wanted to build say 10 links its cheaper/quicker to just write 10 posts from scratch. Not sure how many people are bulk building backlinks, if there is demand I'll create an online ordering system for these, and get a couple of extra writers.

The software I spoke about in my now amended first post does exactly what you are doing. Maybe do a little more than just a basic google. An authority on this you must be. Not! Yes its main function is the social
Media side but it also spins content.

At no point have I pretended to be an authority on spamming social media... their website is about 10 pages of scrolling sales pitch so I have very little interest in reading it. I did click the "register" button to see their pricing but can't even see that without signing up for a 7 day trial.

In short, if we do this I'd be providing the content only - it would be up to the buyer to then use it to exchange blog posts and so on with it, or pay people to host it on their sites. Up till now we've been writing the content manually, then creating threads on digital point and offering people $x per post to add them on their blogs.

edit - another point on the spinning, is that there is no software available that can spin content and leave it in a reasonable state. It requires human input to prepare the articles, anything that just lets you upload an article then press "spin" is just going to produce absolute garbage.

I posted about you not being an authority after you commented in your now newly constructed post about me mentioning a piece of software that did what you do and you saying it was social media spamming software without even knowing what it did.

I'm far from being an expert, but I do know its took me a 2 weeks to build 10 proper links manually, and my partner using the software can build 10 a day, so not really one to be dismissed like you did, seeing as one of the worlds leading software and seo companies are behind it.

I do still agree that at $100 it would be mad to pass your service up, so all the best with it.

I edited my post as you removed yours, it no longer made sense :)

That type of software might be able to build you links, but they will all be bottom of the barrel stuff. Crap links have their place though, but I'd rather do them manually than via something like that I think.

What I'm considering offering will not help anyone build links any faster - it'll only make it cheaper.

2 weeks to build 10 links is awfully long, if you create an account on myblogguest.com and go through all the "guest posters wanted" you'd be able to do 10 in a day, and they'd be far higher quality than article directories. Or just do what I do and pay a writer to sign up and add posts for you. Going a bit off topic, but I hired someone via rentacoder to create me posts on other peoples sites via myblogguest.com for $12 a go.

Well the one I have seen looks quite simple even to me.

You enter the words, and it outputs the spun content, just like you said there is no software, must be magic and not just mathematics.

    1. you enter several different paragraphs about the same subject, think its 30 or 40 could be more short paragraphs or long sentences.

    2. within the content there are elements where you can add several alternatives, they output similar to yours that are bracketed.

    3. I can only guess it works by using say 2 of the first 10 maybe 1 of the second 3 of the 3rd etc in a mathematical formula to generate the huge output.

All of it passes copyscape and looks human, as it was written by a human of course.

I've used this forum for quite a few months now and spoke to lots of people and I reckon there are programmers on here that could make a system like this.

Again I wish you best of luck, but stop speaking nonsense.

Yes but a good learning process, will take your advice though lol

Now lets be nice to each other, I still think your service for $100 is amazing as an offering to the public.

Thats a bit rich coming from you after your first (now deleted) post ;)

You're not even reading what I'm writing. In the part you made red, I said its not possible without the human input part of it. "anything that just lets you upload an article then press "spin" is just going to produce absolute garbage." that is absolutely correct - even the method you went on to describe requires the human input I mentioneed...

"I've used this forum for quite a few months now and spoke to lots of people and I reckon their are programmers on here that could make a system like this."

Sure, its no more than a days work for someone relatively competent. If anyone paid for a service like this, they would mostly be paying for the writers time to create the input article, rather than any big development costs or anything along those lines.

If someone wants to create a proper article in the format:

    There are [all/lots of/many/a variety of] [kinds/types/categories/sorts] of foods that [help/assist/benefit/boost/sustain] [our bodies/us/humans/people] in [various/many/several/a lot of/multiple] ways. Meats and [other/various other/many other/other types of] animal [products/produce/by products] (along with [beans/fruits/vegetables/pulses/spices] and some [grains/wheat/seeds/corns]) [provide/assist/help/enrich] us with the [protein/fuel/nutrients/energy] we [need/require/depend on] to [repair/mend/fix/recover] and [build/construct] [muscle/tendons/our bodies/ligaments]. Fruits and vegetable [give us/provide us/contribute/contribute] the [vitamins/supplements/additives] and fiber [necessary/essential/vital/required] to [fight off/combat/deal with/keep us safe from] [infection/disease/problems/illness] and [regulate/control/assist/help] our [digestive systems/stomachs]. And [carbohydrates/carbs] [give us/provide us/assist us with] the [fuel/energy/nutrients] [required/needed/vital for us] to [stay/be/ensure we are/keep us] [alert/active/productive] and [energetic/potent/tireless] [throughout the/all/through the/every] [day/week].

I'll run it through for them for free, post 2-3 of them in this post and email them the other 997 for their own use... would need to be something 500+ words (before being chopped up) so that we can properly compare it with copyscape though...

I will finish now, but all I'm saying is, if you offer this service, people may use it as content for their sites, yes you advise against it, but people will, and be penalised for doing so.

If you are creating it for link building and article submission, surely the page it appears on when indexed by google will be blocked so of no use at all?

Tell me if I'm wrong though.

The glare of my phone is hurting my eyes now so night and best of luck with it.

    That is That :)

Good night, getting late here and I should be in bed too but cant sleep...

I don't think they will get penalised if they used it on their own site, but ultimately spun content can never read as nicely as legit, 100% human written stuff - but thats the pay off. What you lose in quality, you gain in time/costs.

I think for posting on other peoples blogs, or for article directories, post exchanges and so on its definitely worth using spun content and saving the money. There is no way I'd use it on my own site, I'd rather pay and have that.co.uk or textbroker.com or whoever write it.

There would be very little use to using spun content in bulk on your own site, as every one of the articles is going to say effectively the same thing, even although they are technically unique. I've no idea what would happen if you did upload 1000 articles on your own site, and there isn't really anything to gain by trying.

If its spun properly, Google will see it as unique and it'll be counted as normal. They will have absolutely no reason to block it. The easy way to test that is run it through Copyscape.com, as that is powered by a Google api. If Copyscape can't tell you spun it, neither can Google.
