This is a fantastic domain that has a lot of possible end users. It's had a few offers in the past (in the low £X,XXX range) but they unfortunately didn't pan out, with some outreach I think a good sale price on this one is possible.
I intended to develop this domain but ended up with more projects than I could handle which means this has been neglected and has lead to a 404 page for a while which is why there have been no recent offers.
The .co.uk sold a while back for £3,700.
