    Hi,
i am strongly thinking about taking on a full time web designer. Would need to be a high quality designer and salary is negotiable. If anyone is interested please pm me with examples of work and salary expectation.

The work could be done from office in London or Scotland and in special circumstances from home on a price work basis. I would want them exclusively though.

    Thanks

    Rob

try making a shortlist of the sites you like and then google selective terms like xxxxxx.com design or php etc and often you'll find someones published their CV online or included their work in their portfolio :D

Or stalk your staff on Linkedin ....my current fave for hunting staff :)
