Again, we see the hypen domain market producing little to no returns: LOL

    Online-Gambling.co.uk €35,000 = $44,657

    Maybe it's time for a re-think?

My highest earning PPC domain is hypenated...not once, but twice :p ..... I think the final sales price is based on the target market of the domain, I wouldn't expect figures to reach anything like that for domains in other markets except maybe car-insurance.co.uk or simlar.

Yep - agree that you have to be even more selective and willing to hold longer possibly...

Interesting comment ref. you highest earner being hypenated...

Also, found that a large number of europeans prefer hyphens.

good stuff - at least the hyphenated domains are being recognised finally as serious domains!!

They are pretty good actually and some people prefer them for clarity etc...with their ONLINE campaigns rather than radio or word of mouth advertising..Hyphens also look good in print!

Anyone interested in bidding / submitting offer for:

    Letting-Agency.com >? ? ? ? ?

    LOL... Lex.

Like your style, ever the opportunist....

Folks can be slow to change their thinking at times...

IMO - More reported sales help make it happen quicker...

    Good luck with your sale...

hyphenated domains can perform better than you might expect when parked.

Many silly offers coming in for gambling domains at this time, though. Panic buying from America.

Noticed a lot of asian domainers comment on how popular hyphenated domains are in their home markets.
    Also Germans love them.
I only have a few in a big portfolio. They can work really nicely.
An example was, i think New-York.info sold a couple years back for about $11k i think. A lot for an .info at the time.
    Some are nice definitely.

nb: be really interesting to see a large list of hyphenated sales if anyone has such a list?
