    16mph x 15 hours = 240 miles and doesn't count for breaks.
    23pmh x 10 hours = 230 miles and doesn't count for breaks.

You sure you can do this, it's a bit much isn't it ?

I wish you all the luck in the world but don't kill yourself in aid of a good cause like Claire Squires did in the London marathon.

Don't mean to be negative but just make sure you're upto it and quit if you need to.

Good luck to you and the other 2 riders

Better than going round in circles in a crit race!! Just hope the weather turns a bit before then. I'm getting a bit bloody fed up with muddy bikes and soggy lycra! :)

    I think that's a Freudian. ;-)

You're watching too much ladies mud wrestling.

Cheers guys, been out and cranked a solid 100 miles today. Saw spaceships and an alien landing coming back up the valley into the wind mind you. Going to be hard this one!!

I didn't sponsor you, I was sponsoring Peter Hibbert, Andrew Hibbert, Mark Romanowski and Richard Harmer.
