    hoping for ~ 3k-5k am i dreaming?

My thoughts : Perfect for an Irish SEO/SEM company IMO, also very easy to rank it #1 and then 301 to a SEO company brand site to take up the for #1 spot for that key-phrase, but you guys know this already.

Why don't you rank it first, then sell it? :)

I'm not sure but surely if there was an Irish SEO company they'd want a .ie domain.

As well as this, since .ie's are harder to purchase compared to most other extensions, I wouldn't be surprised if there are some decent .ie SEO domains that are FTR.

Edit - Probably should've read all of your post properly!

This is a very targeted domain and if the buyer target customers not only inside ireland, he might take a com. But if not, he might pick the ie...

If you listed top of g kept it there a year or so you'd get some interest otherwise a good seo firm should be able to make anything list high so why use that and not brand + current financial situation, ie eligibility means there are plenty of good terms free to reg, low rural broadband availability, I’d say dreaming…?

'ireland SEO' gets next to no searches, so there's no point ranking it for that.
