It was kinda tricky at first because it shows a "Winner" Promo code already applied but scroll down to the bottom after you select your hosting package and click the employee / promo code link under the green bar towards the bottom of the page and in the Promo Code box add hop30 and you will get a much bigger discount from the already applied promo code which is around a 55% off discount from the amount before Special Promo Price
