LandscapeDesigners (.co.uk) sold for £50 on Domainlore - that's really cheap, shame I didn't see it.

Prices have never seemed lower than now, is it the .uk issue?

I didn't bid on Seychelles.co.uk because of that. And I won't be bidding on HBO.co.uk for the same reason.

Possibly contributing factor with those that know but many don’t especially end users? I’d say more of a not letting enough potential customers know its for sale or a mistrust/fear of any auction type sales sites for domains with end users?

newground co uk and the org.uk

unusual to see both extensions bought on sedo at the same time by the same buyer.

    £1500 each
    according to dnjournal dot com

Domains are a little like life jackets, they are worth a lot more when they are needed.
