Its only value is in the money it will make as a typo, noone is going to create a business based on an incorrect spelling so that rules out 100% of end users. It has an overture + ext. of zero and the correct spelling is not even a developed site so I doubt it will get many visitors at all.

Does it make any money, Im guessing not?

letting.co.uk gets forwarded to accomodation.com which is a pretty tacky website.

Personally I would set up a basic website, have some google ads on the pages.

Try and find property letting guides, cut and paste and put on the pages.

    Typos do earn money.

Chances are your earn your £5 back within the two years of the contract for it, its not much but if you do as I say and put letting legislations up etc etc then you might have someone find your website that is a letting agent, who might not know 100% about domains, see some potential in it and offer to buy it.

    Content usually means traffic.

I doubt many (ANY!) letting agents would want to use a slogan aimed at tenants. Landlords are the clients of letting agents, not tenants.

Indeed and it only implies that one person is moving in when a couple might want to let so then it would be tennants.

Nice idea though but deffinatly find a property website that pays money for click thrus or similar and try and gain some commissions from it.
