Yep, Strictly Non profit fan site for a .co (Columbian) audience is the best use you'll get away with. Can't see any takers outside that arena .

either way - Commercially not worth a dime

Are you saying that if the domain was liverpoolfctickets.co i would be ok.

Wow seems a nice constructed site there at xxxxxx and indeed positioned as you stated. And I note the disclaimer which I did look for.

The bottom line is it depends on what you can get away with, and for how long ? There has been examples given on Acorn in the past in which a 'Seemingly' TM conflicting domain has been in fact given the nod by the TM holder to operate. On the other hand a TM holder can possibly (with due reason) get a site that's been running for any length of time subjected to a cease and desist order .

In looking for a value for a TM domain, as you asked with Liverpoolfc. I can't see you getting one here or on most domain boards - that doesn't mean you couldn't sell it.

    Hi All,

Further to some sound advice given to a new member I am currently looking into the validity of certain elements of this newly acquired site, hence the domain name in question has been deleted from this post.
