    Perhaps the Acquisition text would benefit from the inclusion of unambiguous words like 'broker' and/or 'intermediary'. The "tried and tested method" bit reads more like a technology interface (i.e. scripts and servers et.c.) than a negotiation process with a human. The penny should drop with the reference to transfer fees et.c. but some people are new to it all and just don't 'get it'. KISS.
