I'm in for a new flat panel monitor, something big and future proof, and maybe tv enabled.

Any product recommendations, and where to buy for less? Cheers.

I have tried several, now using Benq from DABS. Some positive reviews from satisfied customers and I'd agree with them, also good value.

    For monitors, I like Samsungs:

I got a SyncMaster 205BW widescreen a while back and for the money it's great. The only thing with the Samsungs is that exact colour matching for graphic design can be difficult, but for most people that's not an issue.

For TV, you can just but a digital TV tuner for your computer, either a PC card or a USB one, look at the products from Pinnacle or Hauppauge. You can get full PVR functionality via your PC that way, plus some come with a media centre remote.
