Hi I am selling my web site:

    Music Lessons Now

The site generates between 35-45,000 unique per month. The site made £1000 in membership revenues last year.

The site is placed #1 in google.co.uk for "music lessons" and very highly in other SE.

The site is fully automated and has full admin console, banner management etc.

    URLS:

    www.musiclessonsnow.com PR4
    www.musiclessonsonline.co.uk PR5

I am looking for £5000 for the site and the domain names.

The site uses phpmydirectory however it has been substantially customised. I have also spent many many hours on SEO as you can see from the unique visits and the PR's.

The site has loads of potential but I don't have time as I am putting all my energy into my other project www.accommodationseek.com

I'd say if the visitor numbers are verified there is definate potential to monetise the site further so the asking price may not be that unrealistic.

I can verify the visitor numbers in my webhosting control panel and also via the number of page impressions shown on my affiliate marketing admin console.

The site has achieved £1000 revenue with no real advertising effort. The site has lots of potential as it is a niche area and everyone who visits the site is looking for a music teacher and music lessons. Also people who are starting to play an instrument are often looking for an instrument etc.

£5000 for this site is a very fair price.

Please don't think i was questioning your integrity.

I was merely trying to point out to the person saying that they would only pay £1000 that a site with that traffic has potential to earn far more than £1000 per annum.

Best of luck with the sale, it looks like someone will get a very nice site.

Please deduct 3000 visitors for the last 3 months as I have had another new site running in the same webspace.

Any reason for the sudden drop in traffic from March to May?

This interests me - PM me if you reduce the asking price.
