    Hi all,

Over the last few weeks i've registered a few domains which isn't a bad start and finally tripped over this site so thought i'd better introduce myself.

I have a couple of personal and project domains and only got interested in domaining when I realised how much work it takes to get domains you want if they are already registered.

One advanced technique I used (without knowing it was advanced!) was to contact the existing domain holder of a tired and about to lapse domain. result - 1 domain for $40 including transfer fees. I have done nothing profitable with that domain yet though.

I now understand a bit about catching and dropping then wandered off to find out what domain tasting was. I now have an idea on that too. The main taste I have now is that the registrar+auction house rule, especially in over-commercialised .com space.

So .. anyone out there making income-class money from domaining?

BTW what's this about best and worst domains? Domains I hold? Ones I have tripped over? Best name is bettermoviemaking.com but it is under-commercialised at the moment. My personal favourite is acousticclub.org.uk though the content is rather outdated.
