Cannot believe carfinance.org.uk sold for £10,701 on Domainlore. Must be a .org.uk record.
Had a website on it so not domain sale
Also a website that's showing between 13 and 17 on G.... so not too much work needed to get that to rise if you know what you're doing and have some financial websites already around you.
Still a good sale though imo.
Nice to see a profit made by the seller, he bought it from me for £9k late last year
Good price for both involved imo
Out of interest, how did it cme to be known to multiple parties that it ranked well in google? By that I mean, the casual domainlore visitor will likely not have known this, so I assume that either it was two of three people will knowledge of the site and google placement, or the traffic/ranking details are listed on another site, alng with auction dates etc. I didn't see the info on this site...
Its a great sale for an org.uk
Granted it does have a site on it but it shows:
1. someone is willing to spend the time and effort to put a site on in the first place
2. its an org.uk extention.
A good day for org.uk's. They can only rise in value. Especially once the business sector switches on. They are great for ranking
Shhhhh, don't let everyone on here know there's money to be made in .org.uk, all the bargains will dry up.
Frank, did you build the site originally or did the seller add that after buying from you?
Another healthy org.uk price (if it's completed)
