    Add forsale.co.uk, which just sold for 8,333 pounds. Looks about right - neither screamingly cheap, nor a case where a buyer ridiculously overpaid.

    Maybe he bought 3 domains for £25,000 and apportioned the cost.

    This seems the more plausible answer. Selling in $ on Sedo is saving money on those unbalanced fixed fees.
