I have an exact match long tail dot com domain that i use as my website, it has started to do ok with visits and ranking ,the term can also be shortened to an acronym both singular and plural ,both of which i own in the .co.uk extension,my question is ,would it affect seo if i was to redirect the acronym .co.uk domains to the main dot com site?
And also is it best to do a masked redirect or a 301 redirect ?

    Thanks

It doesn't sound like you've done any development on the acronym domains so there will be no effect, either positive or negative.

    Use a 301-redirect (301 means permanent).
