So bloody slow

    I requested that an escrow be initiated on the 10th via email, three days on it still hasn't been read into your system. I appreciate Sedo doesn't work weekends like the rest of us, but I was reasonably confident that it would be sorted today, obviously not.

    If anyone can give the transfer department a nudge from me, that would be great. Please PM me for the name/further details.

    I started the push on Thursday, left a msg. got Joanna to contact my agent, and now 5 days later still no movement on accepting the push or a reply to my msg or any contact. Is my agent on Holiday?

    Sedo are quite bad at times, so best to always PM / Email them via Acorn to get it chased up.

    In your footer link this goes to contact@sedo.com - I guess your e-mail address does not directly go to you?

    Also...with all due respect why should we have to email you...can't Sedo just improve their service for everyone?

    I was unaware that if you clicked on my email address in the signature it forwards to contact@sedo. Thank you for pointing that out - I have tried to change it.

    If you type my email address in then it definately comes to me.

    I got in touch with my account rep and she gave the transfer department a nudge. This has now been sorted. Thanks, Rob
