Still waiting for a refund a week later

    I was buying a domain via sedo and they cancelled it as the seller didn't start the transfer after several request from sedo.

    I was told on 13/10 that the refund had been processed and it had left there account. I am still waiting for it!


    I have had several issues with sedo lately. Is it just me or is there customer service going down hill?

    Hope not I have made my first sale and contact with them today, fingers crossed!

    I'm thinking of applying for account director role and sort things out there. Certain individuals there are helpful but you can't keep pestering the same people again and again. A company like sedo should prioritise customer service. If you're interested in an experienced global account manager get in touch!

    Just a quick update on this:

    I got fed up of waiting for an update from sedo so i rang them this morning. Refunds are sent out once a week, although i was told the refund was sent my payment actually missed the run last week so i was sent payment today.

    Why they couldn't have told me this earlier i don't know, would have saved both of us time and hassle.
