TAG changes at caught co uk

As per the sites FAQ I'm requesting via SMS and it's been well over the 'within 48 hours' timeframe. I've text again, no response.

The domain is registered in my details, so I could go via Nominet and pay the £12 fee, but I shouldn't have to.

Has anyone had success recently at getting a TAG change actioned at caught.co.uk?

I've just noticed that the mobile number listed in the header on the FAQ page is different to everywhere else on the site.

I went to the FAQ page to find out how to initiate a TAG change. Used the phone number I saw at the top of the screen. I guess that's an old number?

Trying the other number now - hopefully that one will get a reply!
