I thought I saw an email a day or so back from them, saying that August payments would be delayed because of technical difficulties.

Added - ah yes, this thread from A4U confirms it...

Thanks, still hasn't arrived, third or fourth time they've been "updating their account systems" looks like cash flow problems, I can't believe someone keeps their job after forgetting to send payments each time.

I havent really used td since their last upgrade to make their site better which made it worse, usually use AF, the income I get from them is from shared revenue from years ago.

The tradedoubler customer support is terrible, your lucky to get a reply within 30 days. This has been cosntantly brought up on A4U however its not a priorty add a customer service ticket system. So I made it my priority to move away from them if other networks provided the same program.

Yep agree Customer Service isn't exactly their priority. But when you do get hold of someone I have always found them helpful and courteous.

I guess they don't chase client invoices too hard either.... not from my experience.

I started promoting one company on 22nd April.... still yet to receive anything even though made sales from day one.

Not sure how they quite manage to keep raking in the clients...
