    Hi Guys,

    Ref: Tesco horse burgers >

I've been doing some pretty serious research and think I've found out how tesco burgers have been contaminated by horse meat : http://www.pinned.com/pin/97275a23ca44226c9964043c8462be96

The truth is out there.... like and share it with the world :)

Hats off to the Paddypower marketing team. I'm sure this isn't a problem Tesco want to be saddled with, even though it isn't their maine product line.

We could try the same type of "animal magic" sales tactic to generate money for the forum....

A terrible thought occurred to me in the night: I wonder if they only detect things that they actively look for?

In other words, did they find horse DNA because they sequenced all DNA types found in the samples and one of the results was "horse" or did they find it because they looked specifically for HORSE DNA?

If the latter, then I wonder what would happen if they looked for more "exotic" meat DNA (e.g. rats)?
