    Thank god!

    It's ok these people dramatising comments on social networks but they need to use their common sense and discretion when applying the law.

    This case to me looks like a waste of time from the start and more of a deterrent to people. If everyone was to get arrested for stupid comments then it takes resources away from stopping real crime.

    Wonder how many resources have been used compared to a regular burgular! Go figure!

    It's case law now so will prevent similar complaints to the police going as far as police/CPS can bin the job as soon as its looked at.
