    Big companies, small companies, start up companies etc

    Im not paying 3 figures, so only PM or post those that you want less than a ton for.

    So name earning $800 per month and getting 45,000 uniques. For 20 months revenue - is not interesting for you?

    It says TM domains on your title?

    What kind of names you want to buy if not typos then?

    For example:

    Microsoft.com

    Firestars wants:

    Microsoft.co.uk

    After different tld/cc's with the same DN - still typos in my book but from a different angle :)

    Rich :cool:

    P.S. Very pissed so excuse any mistakess I might be making!! :lol;

    But won't the big companies politely ask for THEIR domain back...even if they didn't bother to pay for the .uk extension.

    Or is it normal to ask for a worthwhile settlement.

    OP, Do you know something we don't? ie,are TM's no longer enforeable for domain names?

    Yes they will ask for them back at some point in the future when they notice, tomorrow or 100 years time :)

    When that happens either they ask for them for free, offer a payment or sue you for passing off or the like.

    It is an interesting area of domaining as on the one hand the earning names create revenue however each of them is a unknown potential liability.
