It will be a trade marked term that Frog doesn't want to post on a public board, hence the request to use PM for more details.

Leon, I think you'll need to PM Gold Frog for the answer to your question..

Not meaning to be contentious, but isn't one of the rules of this place that:

"ALL DOMAIN SALES MUST list the actual domain name IN THE POST, and at least one of the domain names being sold in the title of the post."?

Which is the same as pretty much every domain forum I've used?

I also thought that as an industry we were trying to move away from deliberately registering Trademark domains, as that is what's fuelling laws that allow reverse hijacking of domains from innocent parties, and all the other stuff that gives us as a community such a bad name to the outside world?

Sorry, but I think that we have a collective responsibility here.

Thumbs up - if the TM infringement is so blatant that it can't even be posted on a board which has the search engine spiders locked out, it has NO BUSINESS being on here (or anywhere else) at all.

Basically this kind of behaviour is like urinating in a public swimming pool - spoils the experience for EVERYONE (even if it may bring you temporary relief).

    You should know better.
