Has anyone had any dealings with Hover.com? I'm trying to transfer a .com to a new owner, who uses Hover.com. The domain has been unlocked and the Admin Contact Email has been changed to be mine. I would have thought that would be enough, but Hover say the email address is incorrect. I've asked them what email address needs to be changed and they say the "email on the current account". I've asked my domain provider to change the email address on the Technical Contact to be mine too. Will this work? I don't often transfer .com domains, so am I missing a trick?
