I've been reading the rules about registering .us domains, and there is a requirement for the registrant to be an American entity:

    http://www.ntia.doc.gov/ntiahome/domainname/usca/cafiles/SectionB_3.pdf

See B.3.1 US Nexus Requirement Implementation

Has anyone here been registering .us domains, and in which case what options are available to comply with the rules.

    Thanks

I regged one myself (giving my Oz address) and it was fine. I was told that it it's OK because the registrar itself is based in the US, i.e. Godaddy.
