Has anyone else had a problem with a Sedo transaction over the past couple of weeks where they're claiming not to have received the funds paid, even though their systems registered the payment? I'm having this with a domain I've bought and frankly the Sedo support staff are useless at explaining the problem. I'm refusing to pay a second time until I understand what happened to the first payment I authorised. I don't want to end up seeing two payments come off my card when they suddenly find the original authorisation in a week's time or something! Sedo have never been great to deal with, but I've asked the same question 6 times now without a reasonable response.
