I wasn't aware it could be changed after an auction had finished. So, if someone changes their ID in the "Buyer Panel" does that automatically reflect on ALL past auctions someone has bidded on? Or is it possible to do it at the 'auction level'?
Nice sale. A little off topic but just wondering why are so many registrants registered at Chynoweth House, Trevissome Park, out of interest?
It is a mailing service company using that address. Used often for those overseas looking for a UK address for registrations etc https://www.scanmypost.co.uk/
Very recently yes, but wouldn't this have been a solid six figure domain 5-10 years ago? Lots of domainers happy to take Dougs £50-£100 bids for EMDs, having not been able to shift them at all in the last 6 months. The bigger question is (as I'm sure you are wondering), what is his great plan for them that he recently alluded to??
I wasn't around then, but probably. I mean from the recent low prices (slump?). I assume as buyers get priced out of .com's, they start looking (especially if UK based) for alternatives, but as it stands, it is mainly the domain investors buying, and clearly buying with confidence (done business with a lot of them).
What an ace name and such a huge opportunity. Went to £12k and bailed out, lost my nerve even though I'm sat here wishing i'd gone further. Oh well !!
