Is anyone using any services from Vodafone Small Business?

If so, what are they like? Any good? Do they know their stuff?

    Thanks

    Touch Pro

What kind of services? I just joined them as Joe public off the street (to get me Touch Pro) and asked them to add my business name to the invoices when we'd finished.

Got any links to what you mean by services?

    Anything from here really:

Business Mobile Phones - Vodafone Business Shop

So, mobile contracts, mobile broadband contracts, Blackberries, mobile e-mail.

I am particularly interested in the support they offer for mobile broadband.

Looks pricey compared to Orange for Blackberrys and 3g for Mobile Broadband.

Yes, I'm interested in knowing how good their levels of support are if you are paying a bit more.

Well pay a bit less and get top quality support from Orange, and thus far I have had no need to call 3 for my MB :D

I have had total opposite experiance - required a fair amount of support... and orange were rubbish.

If you venture outside the UK at all then they are shocking at roaming and sorting cock ups.

I had orange head office on speed dial at one point :(

Just as an example as Ive been with them a week or so now.

I have called VodaFone a few times and once your passed the annoying menu system they are very helpful English people who sorted my queries out.

    I pay £35 for :

    • 700 mins
    • 250 txt
    • unlimited landline and internet.

And got me Touch Pro for free on a 18 month contract
You only need support i suppose if things go wrong! So shouldn't need it ;)

I do think all providers will be good and bad at some point for everyone, so hard to point the finger too much on a few comments here.

I think it's on the day and who you get for support, i'd go for the best deal and make sure it covers areas you use it in.

3 were I am will not work in doors! just as an example.

I bet there are half a million people that will see it from both sides. Personal experience is key, you cant really ask anyone else for their opinion with mobile companies.

    I currently pay

£27.50 for 600 mins and 300 texts, unlimited data and unlimited landlines. I also have a 3g Mobile Broadband dongle that I leave in the Glove Box which is £15per month for 5gb

    Both spot on.

I agree, and I expected vodafone to be equally bad however they have been quite decent compared to similar experiances with orange.

Bear in mind I had been a customer with orange for about 7 years before leaving last year so was on quite a tasty deal etc.
