    Your guess is as good as mine. Personally I reckon they are just counting everything at least 3 times. It is an awfully complicated voting system when you look at it closely.

    Whilst it is fun to think we are moving towards another scandal.....to me its seems a crappy job. The job may look good on a cv but lets face it...what can you do if you only meet a few times a year...talk dribble maybe...I personally would elect a consortium...its named acorn....we are all good at talking dribble

    Angus and I have made a formal complaint to Popularis Ltd and they say they will not announce the results until the complaint has been investigated.
