    Hi,

I’m looking to have 2 templates developed. The thing is they must be compatible with whypark.com (I can provide the CSS Template they use and the HTML code – but you will need to then do your magic and try to make it into what I’m after.)
Actually I don’t think it’s that hard as I don’t want anything too flash.
(If you’re interested the CSS and HTML are at the bottom of this message.)

Here is what a current site looks like: http://www.homeinfestation.com
As you can see it’s pretty dull stuff.

What I want to be able to do is to have a great looking template with a lovely header (Must be suitable for a wide range of sites.)
I would like Home infestation to be in reasonably bold and nice designed letters. Then to the right of it have the rest of the site description.

Underneath this I would like the option to have 300 words of text where I can give a site description.
Then underneath this have the articles provided (Obviously I’m going to want certain advert placing, but I’ll discuss that with you if you get the job.

    This is what I want:
http://www.pokemoncard.info (Yes this is actually one of my sites, and I can provide the CSS and HTML again if it helps.)

    The second is: http://www.inc.com/
As I love the way the adverts are set out and the actual width of the page – obviously what you create may not be exact, but I would like it to be pretty close.
I will want similar placing for my adverts and will provide you with the necessary codes.

The templates and design must be Search engine friendly. (My current designer checks with: W3C Markup Validation Service, a free service that checks Web documents in formats like HTML and XHTML for conformance to W3C Recommendations and other standards.)

Whatever you design may be lovely – but if it doesn’t work then it’s no good to me, so I will provide all you need. But seeing as I’m a newbie you will need to give me basic instructions, so as well as being a good designer you’ll also need to be very patient.
And if I’m being way off on the price I’m willing to pay please say (It seems reasonable to me though.)

I will need to see samples of your work. So if you’re experienced and you can do an awesome job, please get in touch.

I look forward to your responses.

    Thanks. Staffjam

P.S. These templates CANNOT be for resale. I must have full rights, and they cannot look like your standard turnkey minisite.

P.S.2 - There is a hungry market of Whyparkers out there, and if you can start creating and selling compatible templates, I’m sure the Porsche dealership will become your new best friend (seriously this is a big untapped market – so fill it! – I’ll be your first customer. If you don’t believe me visit Namepros – that is where all us whyparkers hang out.)

    Hi

If your new 'designer' created http://www.homeinfestation.com/ - then you need to find someone else.

Do you have a template that you would like to incorporate the ads into?
