Can anyone recommend a site for laptop batteries. I'm after one for a toshiba nb100 (don't laugh). The only sites I see are a1-4-laptop-batteries.co.uk sites.
Is there any recognised sellers out there?

    Cheers in advance

I just sold my little NB100 for £100.

Bought originally for train journeys, my IPad has made it pretty redundant. Cracking little thing though.

Sorry, can't help with the battery.

If I remember, last time I looked the first page of Google was full of Chinese .co.uk sites posing as UK shops. So do a check if you are going to use one!

Yeah - if it looks really cheap - avoid it. Lot of moody batteries floating around these days. Dangerous.

    Cheers guys for the tips.
It lasts for 20 min then dies but I'm either loath or too tight to pay £50 for a new one when I can put that towards a macbook etc.

I used a firm called Allbatteries in Watford once. I've looked on Google, they show up in trade directories with a choice of two addresses and tel nos. Don't seem to show a website for them, the ones I see don't appear related.

There are a few new genuine Toshiba ones on eBay from UK sellers at £30 delivered.

Not a bad price for a new one.
