Longer haul, short notice loads from Basingstoke. Lots of potential business there from the London area and to countrywide destinations. Do a little 'phone research and find out who's shipping what to where from your area on the basis of short notice and reasonable distance.

Secure, on site paper shredding. get a BIG shredder in the back and shred in their car park for them.

Ikea delivery / flat pack erection

    Collect/deliver oversized items from Halfords / B&Q / etc.

    Ferry motorbikes/scooters between people/garages

Anyone that wants stuff shreading is already paying a registered company to do that for them.

I would suggest moving stuff from A to B

there are certain things that can't just be dumped anymore, such as fridges and computers (by businesses).

Maybe do specialist disposals of such items, as I'm sure most people don't know what to do with them and don't want the hastle of researching it.

It's amazing what can be done from a van, my car was hit by someone and the insurance company sent a guy in a transit who set up a mobile respraying booth in our company car park, with lights, generator, spray gun and heaters to dry the paint, I was amazed....

    Resprays while you wait! lol

Just an idea, i thought years ago of a shred and pulp service.

If documents got pulped aswell as shredded then guaranteed security.

Any decent documents flog em to eastern europe ( joke )

    How about:

    papershredding.me
    secureshredding,org.uk
    onsiteshredding.org.uk [IMG]

Admin: you can take fridges and freezers to a local tip now and they send them to a controlled warehouse where the Ether gas is safely removed.

That would have been my suggestion too. Plenty of people must have trouble getting stuff home and that's before they even think about putting the thing together.

If you get a PM from Lesley asking about a job involving Jim Davies, best to steer well clear
