If I have a site that produces leads from good quality (probably mostly middle class) customers who are happy to share their data with this type of info:

    -sex
    -age
    -homeowner y/n
    -mortgage y/n
    -life insurance y/n
    -address

Presumably this info must be worth something to someone to resell given the money in life insurance etc

    Life Insurance £33+
    Private Medical £30

Lower value and more common leads such as fence garden products, breakdown recovery, etc £2.50 alead

Contact details are most important and need to be contactable otherwise the other details are pointless and would get rejected.

Saying that their is also room for lead rejection if duplicates or false or incorrect details and so averages out about 60% of the value per lead.

    Life Insurance £33 = £21 ish
    Private Medical £30 = £20 ish

This is through experience and actually dealing with this type of lead type.

    Hope that helps.

    no worries,

Saying that they would have to looking for that certain product and not just on a data base list who have signed up to be on a mailing list for everything and anything.

It would have to be a call or a form for the particular product or service.

    Not much in my opinion.

It's probably better if you do some sort of partnership or joint project with somebody who specialises in a specific area - that's the only way you can make some decent money from leads, really.

It all depends on the intent. Are they actively saying "hey, i want life insurance so contact me", or are they downloading a free ebook and not realising the button that gives you permission to spam them was pre-checked?

If the former, you should be able to get £30 or so in that niche. If you're getting only 60% of that because of bad leads, then you're doing something seriously wrong and/or the person you're selling the leads to is stealing from you...
