Indeed I'd suspect that a significant number of the searches are people trying to reach Google Translate.
It does have some value to an individual selling professional translation services, as it is a "says on the tin" type name.

It depends how much effort (and expense) you want to put into finding a professional translator in need of a snappy domain, but I think the buyer would need it to pay for itself by say their second professional english to spanish translation.
