Web Page Header Required

Im after a webpage header - 900x150 pixels

Probably a montage of a few photos and a bit of text, all of which I will provide.

Would appreciate a PM from you if you can take this on, including a price for the work (let me say now, I am not paying huge amounts) and examples of any previous work if available.
