I am in a position of requiring people to work on a number of projects, I'd like to ask where do others find people to do web-work?

My needs (like lots of other people's I imagine) are for skills in:

PHP/MySQL
Perl
Graphics
HTML/CSS

I offer excellent pay on a "per project" basis, and the opportunity to learn SEO and marketing tricks.

I've tried rentacoder without success, and have more work than my current team can cope with or I can pass on to friends of friends etc.

I use Elance for all types of outsourcing - web design, coding, data input etc.

Highly recommended.

I've never tried using the service, but there is freelancers.net

There is also the jobs section of a4uforum.co.uk (an affiliate marketing forum where you might find some decent coders).
