Hi all,

I will be putting a website up in the very near future and am looking for quotes from people to do the actual building.

It will be something along the lines of this website:

Basically it will carry ads for various companies, have a directory, have an events calendar, will have pages for news and events, a facility for people to sign up for a newsletter/updates, storing the email addresses until such times as a new newsletter/updates are ready to send out with the possibility to auto respond.

There should be space for small photos/gifs supplied by the various advertisers.
There will be no adsense for now though maybe in the future.

It should be relatively easy for me to update, adding and removing advertisers, updating content etc.

You are asked to submit quotes with a list of all work that will be performed, an estimate of the timeline until completion and any previous websites that you have done in the past.
Quality and ease of updating content are one of the main criteria. Reasonable price being the next.....

Payment terms to be discussed and finalised with sucessful quote.

If you outsource abroad then you can get the work done very cheaply thesedays... like scriptlance...just make sure it's someone with decent feedback
