Just wondering what some guys thought of my new site Lava Lamp - The home of Lava Lamps online

It's my first using amazon and just interested to hear from anyone using amazon and tips on how it could be iomproved.

very nice looking site there graeme,but what does "how do lava" mean(header)? won't the area expand.....

very nice,

if I had to say something, imho the meta description tags to long and looks spammy, and there's a typo in the first word.

should be gobbled up via serps a treat..!

Hi Mate,

Cheers for that, yes mate, I just need to alter that code to go onto 2 lines rather than one.

Shouldn't be a major problem I hope

I'm planning to roll the site out across my other generics shortly and timewise I think I can do one every 4 hours. So hopefully if it looks ok I'll go with this template and work around this one.

Cheers mate, will get that changed and reduce the meta tags a bit.

bloody hell....one every 4 hours using joomla it took me six months to put a site up using joomla and it's still shite,is that a rockettheme i think i have it somewhere?

Yes mate it Joomla Templates - RocketTheme Joomla Templates Club Demo Site

A quick change of the database and throw it up with a new site on it, I think it is the cleanest looking and hopefully work well with the other generics I have.

I reckon 2 hours for new content, 1 hour changing the pics, 30 mins changing the menu and 30 mins spare for anything that comes up unforseen.

i can beat that:

10 days for new content, 10 weeks changing the pics, 30 days changing the menu and 30 months spare for anything that comes up unforseen which is usually every time i log in.....

Id get rid of the blue dots on the main menu. I cant remember how I removed mine but the details should be on the RT forum.

Id use a different colout on the Adsense tbh. The site is very blue and gray! Lava Lamps should be full of colour!

Cant see much else I would change tbh.
