Does anyone have a template of terms and conditions for use when selling banner adverts on their sites?

Just need something to work from... anything appreciated.

Frank Schilling is selling direct ads on his 'sites' now , i guess as even for him ppc has fallen through floor

i do a similar thing on developed sites of mine, but really need to add a specialist part to my t and c's
have professional page about advertising but need this arse covering bit myself

Yes, nice system he has there. A property friend of mine was saying how he'd be renting names and banners if he had a portfolio - makes sense to those guys - something we have been very slow to adopt.
